Güz Erdem is a musician, photographer, and 3D designer based in Turkey.  

The artist discovered a passionate interest in music from a young age and he quickly started to develop and hone his craft. In fact, Güz was only ten years old when he started writing and performing music, and he’s never looked back since. Initially, Güz was drawn to the intangible magic of music and he soon found that he had a natural talent and vivid musical imagination. 

Already, Güz has released two EPs and nine singles. With each new release, he has expanded his fan-base and he currently has listener’s on a worldwide level. At the moment, Güz has over 10,000 monthly listeners and it continues to grow day-by-day. His most popular singles include “You Are Your Own Light, Pt.2”, and “Transcendence”, among many others.

The artist’s recent EP release, “A Rainy Night in My Room” is a concept record that features evocative songs such as “Drizzle”, “Storm”, and “Fog”. Just like this EP, Güz infuses his releases with symbolism, and he often focuses on a theme for his songs. For instance, Güz has created a suite of “You Are Your Own Light” singles that have diverse energy, yet follow the same emotions and ideas. 

Güz’s interests have been foundational to his growth as an artist and a human being. Listening to great music has always fascinated him and his natural and innate curiosity led him to explore audio production. In January 2020, Güz started to pursue music production on a professional level, and through his vast knowledge, musical instinct, and extensive years of recording, he’s become a successful engineer in the industry. 

Throughout his career, Güz has been interviewed extensively and received features in seminal publications. These include The Bandcamp Diaries, Muzique Magazine, JukeboxMind Magazine, The Art Insider, WokeChimp, and Just Fame to mention but a few. 

In life, many people separate their hobbies from their work life. This isn’t the case for Güz. He has a variety of interests that he’s turned into fully-fledged careers with his persistence and determination. For instance, he has always had a penchant for design and so he immersed himself in 3D printing. Now, Güz is a talented 3D designer. He’s well known for his crystal, signature skull, innovative pencil case, and whimsical castle designs. These 3D creations are available for purchase and delivery, yet Güzalso offers custom requests. 

On top of this, Güz speaks six languages and is even fluent in coding. His life philosophy is centered on self-improvement and overcoming challenges to grow and develop. In his life, Güz is focused on his dreams and goals and is always working tirelessly to achieve them and continue to flourish as an artist. This is one of the core reasons why he is fluent in so many languages at such a young age. Through his hard work across different creative fields, Güz is inspiring his fans and followers with his creative vision and dedication to his craft. 

If that wasn’t enough, Güz is also an avid photographer. His work varies from street photography to stunning natural landscapes. He’s obviously well-traveled, as his photography portfolio spans from London, UK to Istanbul, Turkey. His works showcase familiar and iconic images such as The London Eye and romantic sunsets with a unique and distinctive perspective. Through his photography Güz is able to capture the essence of his subjects with his personal perspective and vision.
